1. Introduction Welcome to Mualimi, a platform that connects tutors with students and learners seeking face-to-face education. By using the Mualimi app or website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility Users must be 18 years or older. Minors are allowed only through a registered parent/guardian account.

3. Account Registration To access the services, users must register by providing full name, email, phone number, and a valid national ID. Future integration with Nafath API is planned for identity verification.

4. Booking and Payments Users can search for tutors, view profiles, and book sessions through the platform. All payments must be made through the app using supported payment methods. Mualimi retains a service fee from each transaction.

5. Refund Policy Refunds are available in the form of Mualimi points and subject to eligibility based on the refund policy published in the app.

6. User Conduct Users must not: - Share contact details outside the platform. - Engage in direct deals to bypass the platform. - Upload offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content. Violations will result in account suspension or blacklisting.

7. User-Generated Content Users may post reviews, comments, and messages within the app. Mualimi reserves the right to remove any inappropriate content.

8. Advertisements Mualimi may display third-party ads in the future.

9. Data and Privacy Users agree to the collection and use of their data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Dispute Resolution All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Jurisdiction shall be the competent courts within Saudi Arabia.
